Ad Hoc Committee
About Ad Hoc Committees:
An Iron Horse Ad Hoc Committee is a temporary committee that is established to address a specific issue or task. The committee is typically made up of volunteers from the HOA Board of Directors or from the homeowner community. The committee’s purpose is to investigate a specific issue, develop a plan of action, and make recommendations to the HOA Board of Directors.
The Ad Hoc Committee is responsible for the following:
- Investigating a specific issue
- Developing a plan of action
- Making recommendations to the HOA Board of Directors
- Disbanding after its work is complete
The Ad Hoc Committee meets regularly to discuss the issue at hand and to develop a plan of action. The committee meets at least once per week, but may meet more frequently as needed.
The Ad Hoc Committee is made up of volunteers from the HOA Board of Directors or from the homeowner community. The committee is open to all homeowners who are interested in serving on the committee.
If you have any questions about the Ad Hoc Committee, please contact the HOA Board of Directors.
