Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all renovations to units at Iron Horse. The committee meets regularly to review applications and to make decisions on whether or not to approve the changes.
Responsibilities
The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for the following:
- Reviewing and approving all renovations to units at Iron Horse.
- Ensuring that all changes comply with the community’s architectural guidelines
- Liasing with owners and contractors on all matters related to renovations.
Meetings
The Architectural Review Committee meets regularly to review applications and to make decisions on whether or not to approve the changes. The committee meets at least once per month, but may meet more frequently as needed.
Membership
The Architectural Review Committee is made up of homeowners who are elected by the Board of Directors. The committee is open to all Iron Horse owners who are interested in serving on the committee.
