The Iron Horse Building and Grounds Committee is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the common areas of the community. This includes the buildings, grounds, pools, and other amenities. The committee meets regularly to review the condition of the community and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors for repairs and improvements.

Responsibilities

The Building and Grounds Committee is responsible for the following:

• Reviewing the condition of the community and making recommendations to the Board of Directors for repairs and improvements
• Administering the budget for the maintenance and upkeep of the common areas
• Overseeing the work of the maintenance staff
• Liasing with the Board of Directors on all matters related to the maintenance and upkeep of the community

Meetings

The Building and Grounds Committee meets regularly to discuss the condition of the community and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors. The committee meets at least once per month, but may meet more frequently as needed.

Membership

The Building and Grounds Committee is made up of homeowners who are elected by the Board of Directors. The committee is open to all homeowners who are interested in serving on the committee.
