Common Area Usage Committee
About The CAU Committee:
The Iron Horse Common Usage Area Committee is responsible for the planning and oversight of the common areas of the community. This includes the pools, playgrounds, picnic areas, and other areas that are shared by all homeowners. The committee meets regularly to review the condition of the common areas and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors for improvements.
Responsibilities
The Common Usage Area Committee is responsible for the following:
- Planning and overseeing the use of the common areas
- Making recommendations to the Board of Directors for improvements
- Ensuring that the common areas are maintained and in good condition
- Liasing with the Board of Directors on all matters related to the common areas
Meetings
The Common Usage Area Committee meets regularly to discuss the condition of the common areas and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors. The committee meets at least once per month, but may meet more frequently as needed.
Membership
The Common Usage Area Committee is made up of homeowners who are elected by the Board of Directors. The committee is open to all homeowners who are interested in serving on the committee.
