The Iron Horse Election Committee is responsible for overseeing the HOA election process. This includes making sure that all candidates are qualified, that the election is fair and impartial, and that all votes are counted.

Responsibilities

The Election Committee is responsible for the following:

• Determining the qualifications of candidates
• Organizing the election
• Overseeing the voting process
• Counting the votes
• Determining the winners

Meetings

The Election Committee meets regularly to discuss the election process and to make sure that everything is running smoothly. The committee meets at least once per month, but may meet more frequently as needed.

Membership

The Election Committee is made up of homeowners who are elected by the Board of Directors. The committee is open to all homeowners who are interested in serving on the committee.
