The Iron Horse Finance Committee is responsible for the financial management of the community. This includes reviewing the budget, managing the association’s finances, and making recommendations to the Board of Directors on financial matters.

Responsibilities

The Finance Committee is responsible for the following:

• Reviewing the budget and making recommendations to the Board of Directors for changes
• Managing the association’s finances, including preparing financial statements and reconciling bank accounts
• Making recommendations to the Board of Directors on investments and other financial matters
• Liasing with the Board of Directors on all matters related to the financial management of the community

Meetings

The Finance Committee meets regularly to review the budget and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors. The committee meets at least once per month, but may meet more frequently as needed.

Membership

The Finance Committee is made up of homeowners who are elected by the Board of Directors. The committee is open to all homeowners who are interested in serving on the committee.
