The Reorganization Committee is responsible for reviewing the current structure of the HOA and making recommendations for changes. This includes reviewing the Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations, and the Committee structure. The committee will also be responsible for developing a plan for implementing any changes that are recommended.

Responsibilities

The Reorganization Committee is responsible for the following:

• Reviewing the current structure of the HOA and making recommendations for changes
• Developing a plan for implementing any changes that are recommended
• Communicating with the Board of Directors and the membership about the reorganization process
• Overseeing the implementation of the reorganization plan

Meetings

The Reorganization Committee will meet regularly to discuss the reorganization process. The committee will meet at least once per month, but may meet more frequently as needed.

Membership

The Reorganization Committee will be made up of homeowners who are appointed by the Board of Directors. The committee will be open to all homeowners who are interested in serving on the committee.
